You can appeal an in-game ban by making an “Appeals” ticket in our Discord server.
Make sure that when appealing, you give us information that our ticketing tool asks for when you open the ticket. Staff will take your ticket within 24 hours and try to help you as best as they can.
Please note that we don’t accept in-game ban appeals for:
- Exploiting
- Hate Speech & Symbols
- Bans that are a result of a compromised account
